Shipping Information


Natural Farmers Pantry sells nuts, spices, legumes, beans, cereals and dried fruit Australia wide. We provide shipping through Australia Post and offer standard or express shipping options when you checkout. We will ship anywhere within Australia based on the rates you see when you checkout.

For international shipping outside of Australia please contact us directly at and we can provide you with rates directly.



It is our constant focus to ensure we always provide our customers with the best quality products from Australia and around the world.

However, if for some reason, you wish to return a product purchased from our online store or physical stores we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you
  • The wrong product has been supplied to you
  • The product is deemed faulty by us
  • The product packaging is damaged

For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 business days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us. Please contact one of our friendly team members on +61 447 370 399 and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

NB: Please note that in this case, the customer must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item.


We do not exchange or provide refunds for products if you have:

  • Changed your mind, or taste
  • Incorrectly stored the product
  • Incorrectly ordered
